On-site or workshop based, Quartzelec provides repair, rewind, refurbishment and retrofitting solutions of rotating electrical machines (AC/DC motors and generators) from 415V up to 22kV. We offer upgrades, as well as the repair of static and rotating mechanical plant and associated excitation control systems. Workshop engineering and on-site diagnosis is a key part of the service.

With our independent coil manufacturing facility and extensive test capabilities, Quartzelec can provide a unique repair and refurbishment solution. Staff are also fully trained in the repair and rewind of hazardous area machines and our workshop facilities are IEC Ex approved.
