Our Liverpool Utilities Team has consistently been receiving extremely positive feedback from one of their DNO (Distribution Network Operators) clients.
Working within a residential environment can be demanding, with engineers often facing challenging conditions during the replacement of looped services, cut-out service heads and meter tail connections. And all this under the watchful eye of the householder. However, the Liverpool team has proved it is well up to the task, leading to a resounding “thank you” from both the homeowners and the client for our excellent service.
Our extensive knowledge and long-standing heritage in the field of Utilities, including DNO Framework, ICP Connections and Cable Jointing allows us to take the most innovative of approaches with the framework solutions we offer. We always look to deliver projects on time, on budget with minimal disruption to both clients/residents; displaying high standards of courtesy and professionalism - understanding the ‘personal’ environments in which we sometimes have to operate.
And our recent performance at two key sites in Liverpool has clearly demonstrated this. With recent completed job surveys giving a top score of ‘10’ and some fantastic comments back from the customers. Our client added “ when our customers are happy, we are happy and the recent job surveys have delivered excellent scores, which is down to the good work that you guys do. We feel its really important to share these wins, so well done to all involved.”
From an industrial/commercial perspective our skills are clearly demonstrable within the field of substations works. Similarly, our experience in supporting residential projects whether that be high/low rise modernisation and refurbishments, new build projects, mural wiring replacement, LV underground installation and replacement works is proven. SMART metering enabling works including excavation and reinstatement also forms a core part of our offering in this field.
