Apprentice IT Helpdesk Support
We are now looking to recruit a Apprentice IT Helpdesk support to work within our Head office in Rugby.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
- Provide assistance to daily helpdesk support requests by addressing inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, or Helpdesk system
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues through diagnostic and repair procedures
- Create new user accounts, profiles, and address related concerns
- Offer onboarding support for new employees
- Monitor servers and systems continuously to ensure uninterrupted service delivery around the clock
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
The successful applicant will possess:-
- Experience with Desktop computers, mobile devices, tablets, and related accessories
- Experience using Windows operating systems from version 10 onwards
- Exepeirnece using Microsoft Office 365 suite
- You’ll have good knowledge of various Project Management aspects (tools, techniques, practices) and good knowledge of other functions
