We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the successful delivery of commercial and industrial electrical projects across the UK. Reporting to the Contracts/Project Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role on site, supervising electrical installations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. This is a role that offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to technically varied and challenging projects, including work within the rail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Supervisor you will play a critical role within our Manchester team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and deliver commercial and industrial electrical installations in line with project specifications and industry regulations
• Interpret and work directly from technical drawings and scopes of work
• Lead site-based electrical works, promoting a strong culture of health, safety and environmental compliance
• Ensure all installation methods and practices meet required standards and regulations
• Coordinate effectively with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients
• Support project programmes, customer targets and deadlines, including working away from home and undertaking overtime where required
• Carry out electrical testing and inspection works to 18th Edition BS 7671 standards (where applicable)
• Complete all required documentation and reports accurately using Microsoft Office applications
• Maintain a professional approach at all times and drive continuous improvement through technical expertise and leadership

Your skills and experiences:

• Time-served electrical apprenticeship
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
• C&G 2391 (or current equivalent) Inspection and Testing qualification
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project delivery team
• Confident and competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
